Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions:
₋ The products must be in their unused original condition, with all labels, any original packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be admited.
₋ The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
₋ The return must be requested within 15 days from delivery of the order.
₋ The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 15 days from return authorization.
₋ The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country.
- We do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product.
The customer must pay for the return costs.

PALAZZO VII reserves the right to refuse return and exchanges of any merchandise that is not in its perfect original conditions or meet the above return requirements needed.
It is imperative to present the receipt of the product and after evaluating its original condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return. This may take up to 5 working days after being received.
We estimate that your account will be properly credited in approximately one week from when we request the refund. However, this also depends on the required time from the customer’s bank procedures and policies. You will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit as well as the total refunded sum, which includes the full price of the returned item(s) as well as the shipping costs if applicable.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
- Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, at email@example.com to request a return. Please inform us which item(s) you wish to return, listing the item(s) and providing a reason where possible.
- Make sure your items are securely wrapped back up in the materials they were delivered in. The customer must pay for the return costs.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 working days. Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
