To which countries do you ship PALAZZO VII shoes?
To all European countries, Canada, United States of America, Australia, New Zeland, Singapore, Japan, China (Hong Kong), Macao and United Arab Emirates.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is made through Credit Card or PayPal. This way, you can use a credit card (or debit card), with all its convenience and security, through a secure and encrypted system.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders are free shipping.
For countries outside the EU shipping is free, but a customs fee of € 23.50 is charged.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping is via DHL or Chronopost.
Is there a way to track my shipment status?
You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with, once your order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Delivery time is generally in 1-3 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and portuguese bank holidays. PALAZZO VII is not responsible for any unexpected delay occuring during the shipment.
What about taxes and duties?
Orders to be delivery in EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra fee or customs taxes.
For the rest of the world, once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. For countries outside the EU, shipping is free, but a customs fee of € 23.50 is charged.
If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will not be refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.
What is your return policy?
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions:
₋ The products must be in their unused original condition, with all labels, any original packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be admited.
₋ The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
₋ The return must be requested within 15 days from delivery of the order.
₋ The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 15 days from return authorization.
₋ The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country.
- We do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product.
The customer must pay for the return costs.
How do I exchange my order for a different size?

PALAZZO VII reserves the right to refuse return and exchanges of any merchandise that does not in its perfect original conditions or meet the above return requirements needed.
How do I return an item?
It is imperative to present the receipt of the product and after evaluating its original condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return. This may take up to 5 working days after being received.
The refund will be issued straight after the return has been accepted directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase and in the same currency.
We estimate that your account will be properly credited in approximately one week from when we request the refund. However, this also depends on the required time from the customer’s bank procedures and policies. You will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit as well as the total refunded sum, which includes the full price of the returned item(s) as well as the shipping costs if applicable.
